Why We Chose the Paw Patrol x CAMP Experience

Like most toddlers, my four-year-old and two-year-old love Paw Patrol! When we decided to travel to Atlanta for the weekend, CAMP Atlanta's Paw Patrol experience was a no-brainer! As a parent, I'm always looking for entertaining and age-appropriate activities, and this experience truly delivered.

*Our visit to CAMP Atlanta was hosted, so we received complimentary admission for this review. As always, all opinions shared here are entirely our own.

The Secret Door into Adventure Bay

My oldest was most excited about the secret door! They do a great job of blending in the section of the wall, so when you first walk in, it looks just like a regular toy store, but when you line up for your reservation time, the kids can help push the wall to lead you into the hallway of Adventure Bay! Walking in makes you feel like you're inside the Paw Patrol Universe! There's a play section themed for each pup, a lookout tower with monitor screens, and an option to dress up as your favorite character. My two-year-old loved all the different slides, while my four-year-old was all about the race track, whether riding the bike or playing traffic control. There's something for all ages, even the little crawlers seemed to have fun with the tunnel and dog houses. They offered a Chickaletta scavenger hunt and a coloring area for those kids who wanted a calmer activity.

Clean, Safe, and Well-Paced

Your reservation is an hour long, which was perfect for my kiddos! They offer an option to extend your time by 30 minutes (for an extra fee) if needed! They alternate groups every 30 minutes, and even with going on Spring Break, it never felt too crowded. The staff engaged with the children; one was even the "coach" of a race to the top of Zuma's wave. The area was clean, and they do a great job of sanitizing during the sessions and resetting all the regions.

A Brilliant Ending: The Pup Pup Boogie Dance Party

If you've ever had to carry a toddler out of a fun place mid-tantrum, you'll appreciate this next part. At the end of the hour, everyone is invited into a sequin-covered dance room for a round of Pup Pup Boogie. Kids are given badges and get one last fun activity to transition them out of the play zone. It's an innovative (and surprisingly effective) way to make leaving easier, and it worked like a charm. The kids were singing Pup Pup Boogie back to the hotel!

Bonus Stop: The Visit Florida x CAMP Slime Bar

When we went to CAMP Atlanta, they were running a promotion for their partnership with Visit Florida X Camp, with free slime for those who preregistered within a specific timeframe. Being from Florida, and my oldest loving slime, we had to check it out at the Slime Bar! You have to be four and up to do the Slime Bar, but there were so many toys out that my two-year-old could play with; he was distracted and okay with not participating. The staff at the Slime Bar was great as well! He explained the theme, but allowed children to make it their own! The ocean blue-themed slime the promotion advertised turned into a red cotton candy pool for my child, and that was encouraged! The mermaid/beach theme charms were super cute, and the kids love searching for the shells and the mermaid tail.

Shopping & Other Experiences

Before leaving, we explored the store's toys and themed merchandise selection—not just Paw Patrol, but Bluey, The Little Mermaid, Encanto, and even Ms. Rachel. Whether you're visiting for a specific event or just dropping in to shop, there's so much to see! There are CAMP-specific toys, some Paw Patrol toys I haven't seen in stores (and trust me, we look for them quite often!), and some tremendous sensory-based toys.

Final Thoughts: Is the Paw Patrol x CAMP Experience Worth It?

Yes—100% yes. As a parent of two young kids, I was impressed by the level of detail, the staff's energy, and how smoothly everything ran. The environment was fun, clean, and safe, and our children left with big smiles (and zero meltdowns). Whether you're local or planning a visit to Atlanta, this is a fantastic activity for toddlers and preschoolers.

We look forward to checking out other CAMP locations in New York, Boston, and LA, which offer experiences like Encanto, Bluey, and The Little Mermaid!
